1. When Will the CA Inter and Final May 2025 Results Be Declared?
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is expected to declare the CA Inter and Final May 2025 results on 6th July 2025, at around 2:00 PM, as per the announcement. The results will be available on the official result portal of ICAI –icai.nic.in.
2. Where and How to Check the Result?
To check your result, follow these simple steps:
Visit the ICAI result website – https://icai.nic.in/caresult
Click on the link: “Intermediate Examination May 2025” or “Final Examination May 2025”
Enter your:
6-digit Roll Number
PIN (used during registration) or Registration Number
Submit the Captcha Code shown on the screen
Your result will appear – download and take a printout for future reference

5. CA Inter or Final Passing Criteria – What You Need to Pass
To clear a group of CA Intermediate or Final students need to secure:
At least 40% marks in each paper, and
A minimum of 50% aggregate in that group.
You can clear Group 1 or Group 2 individually, or both together.
Pass With Distinction
If your overall aggregate is 70% or more, your marksheet will mention that you’ve passed with distinction.

ICAI provides an email facility where students can receive their results directly in their inbox.

Log in with your registered Email ID and Password

Students who secure a rank in the top 50 across India will be listed in the merit list.

Enter your Roll Number and Captcha
View the list of top 50 rank holders
11. Got 60+ in a Subject But Didn't Pass? Claim Your Exemption
If a student fails in one or more papers but scores 60% or more in a subject, ICAI gives an exemption for that paper for the next three attempts.
The exempted subject will be marked with a # in your marksheet
Result status will show as: F-Ex
12. Verification of Marks – If Not Satisfied with Your Result?
If you feel something’s wrong with your marks or a paper might not have been checked correctly, ICAI allows you to apply for verification of marks.
In this process, ICAI checks:
Whether all questions were evaluated
Any totaling errors
Deadline: You must apply within 1 month of result declaration.

Statement of Marks: Sent via post within 4–5 weeks. If not received, email dms_examhelpline@icai.in
Pass Certificate: Issued to students who clear both groups. Sent within 60 days of the result. If not received in 8 weeks, write to ICAI.
